To be placed on the "WAITING LIST" requires a $50.00 DEPOSIT.

With your holding fee of $50, you will be placed IN ORDER of the time we receive your holding fee on this waiting list for the puppy of your specifications. When we get a puppy that we believe matches what you’re looking for, you will be notified according to your position on the priority waiting list. 

Prices will vary depend but is usually from $3,500.

Once the puppies are born If you are happy with the puppy choice, a deposit of $300 is required to hold the puppy of your choice until it is ready to be either picked up or shipped. The $300 will also go towards the balance of your baby.

No puppy will be considered on hold until we have received your deposit. The final amount is due on or before the puppy can be picked up or delivered. Before you place a deposit on a puppy be sure this is the puppy you want.

  There are no guarantees on any litter or that you will get a pup from any particular litter. It all depends on the number of pups and sex. Toward the top of the list, of course will get first chance at available pups. If they decline the offer, we will move down the list until the openings are filled. Some applicants want to wait for a particular future litter where hopefully they have risen to the top of the list by then to get a chance at that litter.  

"DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE" 

DEPOSITS may be made with a Money Order, Personal Check, Cash App or Venmo.

*Final payment is CASH ONLY for local pick up.

No others forms of payment will be accepted.

Due to scams, "NO CHECKS." I do not take personal checks for payment only deposit.

*Breeder reserves the right to first pick from any litter for personal breeding program

**AS A BREEDER, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE. (IN SUCH A CASE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED)  

 The final amount is due on or before the puppy can be picked up or delivered. Before you place a deposit on a puppy be sure this is the puppy you want.

Viewing Appointments

Viewing appointments will not be until the pups are 6 weeks old. My babies so they are delicate until their first shot. So I would like you to know before you come that to please do not pick the babies. The day you come view the pups, Please do not visit other breeders before you come to my home. For the health and safety of the puppies.
